Any parties can report a whistleblowing complaint on any wrongdoings that they may observe and experience as following:
- Fraud;
- Abuse of Power;
- Conflict of Interest;
- Misappropriation of Company’s Asset;
- Bribery;
- Theft or Embezzlement;
- Non-Compliance with Procedure;
- Workplace & People
Be rest assured that your report will be handled with the strictest confidentiality. PGF Capital absolutely prohibits retaliation against anyone for reporting misconduct in good faith and the individual who reports will be protected against detrimental action.
Acting in Good Faith
We expect all parties to act in good faith and have reasonable grounds when reporting a Whistleblowing complaint. If allegations are proven to be malicious, parties responsible may be subject to appropriate action, up to and including legal action, where applicable. This channel shall not be utilized to anonymously report slanderous content containing abusive, malicious statements or baseless accusations.
