Source: 隔热业务贡献大 PGF资本净利涨逾50倍 | 中國報 China Press (吉隆坡30日讯）PGF资本（PGF，8117，主要板工业）截至2022财年11月底第3季，净利按年上涨逾50倍至203万3000令吉，比较上财年同期为3万9000令吉。 PGF资本向马证交所报备，第3季营业额涨31.3%至1775万令吉，比较上财年同期为1352万2000令吉。 PGF资本在文告指出，其隔热业务对公司营业额的贡献最大，该分部在第3季的贡献为1736万令吉，大约占了总营业额的98%。对比上财年同期，该业务营业额共增长了32%或417万令吉。 该公司指出，本季的产量均有所增加，销售亦如期交付。由于实现了较高的产量，所以也推动了交付量和营业额，带动税前盈利增长。 此外，投资控股业务的税前盈利为2000令吉，而房地产开发部则录得24万令吉的税前亏损，其他业务，包括农业和水产养殖的税前亏损为51万令吉，主要是收获前的活动与支出增加。 首9个月，PGF资本累计净利按年上涨近10倍至1116万4000令吉，营业额则增长62.3%至6613万令吉。 目前该公司已通过全资子公司在澳洲主要城市的战略位置获得了多个仓库租赁权，并在墨尔本设立地区总部，以更接近大洋洲市场。 该公司认为，鉴于澳洲和纽西兰建筑规范，有关地区将需要更多的隔热材料以实现其建筑物的更高能效等级，相信需求将持续强劲。 ...
