Source:| https://www.sinchew.com.my/news/20240123/finance/5322981 （吉隆坡22日讯）因主要市场对绝缘体产品的需求回升，宝利资本（PGF,8117,主板工业产品服务组）截至2024年11月30日第三季录得540万1000令吉净利，按年大增165.67%，前期为203万3000令吉。 该集团今天发布最新业绩。累计3季的净利达1228万6000令吉，比去年同期的1116万4000令吉，增长了10.05%。 其第三季营业额录得3670万令吉，按年增长106.75%，去年第三季为1775万1000令吉。累计3季的营业额达9532万4000令吉，比前期的6613万5000令吉，增长了44.14%。 该集团在业绩报告中解释，收入和利润改善，主要归功于绝缘体业务。 “绝缘体业务的收入按年增1897万令吉或109.27%，达到3633万令吉，因为其中一条生产线维修保养工作完成后产量提高，以及大洋洲市场销量增加。这个业务的税前利润也因此翻倍。 与此同时，该集团的房地产开发部门的税前亏损略有增加。而投资、物业租赁以及联营等投资业务的税前亏损比起前期则有所减少。 宝利资本指出，绝缘材料业务，仍将是集团业绩驱动力。该集团首席执行员邝汶城在文告里表示，随着澳洲建筑业复苏，绝缘体产品需求会更强劲。此外，国家建筑规范修订后，此产品的需求也将受到支持。 “目前，集团的工厂全线运作以达到要求，预计此趋势将持续下去。同时我们正规划建设新的制造厂，每年产能将达3万8000公吨。” 在房地产方面，他指出，即将完成Diamond Creeks Country Retreat在重新分区审批程序，该土地毗邻霹雳州丹绒马林宝腾达高科技汽车谷，将要释放价值和潜力，为集团下一阶段增长提供新的收入来源。...
